Safeguarding Changes for 4.44
The following changes have been made for 4.44:

When safeguarding record, notes or risks are raised they are no longer sent to staff members who are inactive. This is true even if they're added to the distribution list.

If a staff member is blocked from a record, that record is not removed from their inbox.

If a record is marked as not visible to learners then learners will not receive notifications if the record it updated.
The red notification badge, now reflects the notification settings selected eg.

If only urgent notifications are turned on, then the badge shows the number of urgent unread messages only

If only non-urgent notifications are turned on, then the badge shows the number of non-urgent unread messages only

If both urgent and non-urgent notifications are turned on, then the badge shows the total number of unread messages.

Tutors can now create Records directly from a Learner's Safeguarding history. There is no need to return to the Safeguarding homepage.
